Fund Services Plus Manager (Private Equity)

Location: Denver Downtown, United States

Compensation: $119,100–$239,300 annually, plus discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day fund administration engagements, primarily for private equity clients.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, wires, cash management, fee calculations, quarterly reporting, and year-end reporting.
• Lead, train, and develop the Fund Services Plus team and coordinate offshore affiliate activities.
• Review fund accounting workpapers, waterfall data, carried interest calculations, and financial statement schedules.
• Coordinate annual audits and collaborate with Legal and Compliance on fund policies and procedures.
• Support client onboarding and implement initiatives that improve and streamline fund accounting functions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in the private equity industry at a Big Four or national accounting firm.
• Ability to interpret and apply Limited Partnership Agreement financial and operational terms.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and fund accounting software such as Investran or E-Front.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship now or in the future; F-1 visa holders are excluded from entry-level hiring.

• Graduate degree, CPA, and/or CA.
• Allvue experience.
