Location: Hybrid from the Austin, Texas office, with significant international travel required

What you will do
- Develop sales-driven marketing strategies that increase revenue, profitability, market share, and return on investment.
- Plan and lead major industry trade shows and conventions across Europe and other global markets.
- Represent the business at international events and build relationships with industry leaders, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee global digital channels, brand messaging, social platforms, press releases, content, and integrated campaigns.
- Lead and develop a geographically distributed marketing organization of 8+ professionals.
- Establish corporate content, email marketing, social media, and audience engagement strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- Experience leading global teams and executing international, multi-region marketing strategies.
- Expertise in trade show and event marketing, digital marketing, and ROI-driven campaign execution.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level influencing skills.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing technologies and advanced analytics.
- Experience in private equity-backed or fast-growing organizations.
