What you will do

• Research banking AI use cases including fraud detection, credit risk modeling, personalization, automation, and compliance monitoring.
• Support the design, training, validation, and testing of machine learning and generative AI models.
• Contribute to data pipeline development, cloud-based workflows, and model lifecycle management.
• Participate in AI governance, responsible AI, regulatory compliance, ethics, bias testing, privacy, and security activities.
• Evaluate third-party AI tools and platforms against risk, security, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation while collaborating with business, technology, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Official enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor's program, with a major such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• High school diploma or GED.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Ability to complete assigned projects, rotations, required training, and coursework under appropriate oversight.
