Biometric Health Screener (Phlebotomy)

Location: Phillips, Wisconsin, United States; local company health-screening events. Must have Monday–Friday morning availability and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $27–$32 per hour, depending on geographic location, event role, and other factors.

hirify.global, through eHealthScreenings, provides national biometric health-screening services for employees at client companies.

What you will do

• Perform and record biometric measurements, including height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, and BMI.
• Collect blood samples through fingersticks and venipuncture in fast-paced event settings.
• Prepare specimens for storage or additional processing and maintain laboratory transaction records.
• Set up and break down portable blood-draw and biometric screening stations.
• Transport screening supplies to and from events, including lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Work independently while following safety, organizational, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current national phlebotomy certification from an approved organization, an accredited phlebotomy program with hands-on externship, or the required recent blood-draw experience.
• Active state-specific phlebotomy certification is required for candidates performing phlebotomy in Nevada, California, Washington, or Louisiana.
• Strong customer service, communication, attention-to-detail, and computer skills.
• Ability to pass a full background check, provide professional credentialing proof, and work with limited supervision.
• Availability for a PRN, event-driven position on weekday mornings and reliable transportation are required.

Nice to have

• One year of health-screening or phlebotomy experience.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations.
