TM/TR Solutions Engineer (EMEA)

Location: Remote-first role for candidates in EMEA; no mandatory office days, with occasional in-person team offsites.

What you will do

• Support prospective Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales journey, from initial engagement through evaluation and contract signing.
• Understand client business context, transaction monitoring needs, anti-fraud requirements, and compliance risks through chats and calls.
• Collect, clarify, validate, and document business and technical requirements using a standardized template.
• Deliver product demonstrations and support client testing by explaining system behavior, configuration options, use cases, and expected outcomes.
• Explain integration approaches and workflows, then coordinate a smooth handover to Solution Architects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams to share client feedback and improve pre-sales processes.

Requirements

• Familiarity with AML, financial crime prevention, transaction monitoring, crypto compliance, Travel Rule requirements, behavioral risk signals, and anti-fraud approaches.
• Experience participating in pre-sales technical discussions, reviewing APIs, supporting testing and evaluation, and working with client technical teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining technical and regulatory topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects in parallel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach focused on scalability, efficiency, and progressing opportunities toward closure.
