Analyst Prime Vendor

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States; on-site work at the dedicated account is required during the second half of the shift

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual base salary, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Analyze pricing, inventory, distribution, and sales KPIs to identify trends, discrepancies, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop relationships with customers, sales teams, vendors, and procurement stakeholders.
• Meet with vendors to review products, pricing, and terms, and present findings to customer procurement contacts.
• Manage contract terms, brand conversions, savings initiatives, project tracking, and business-result presentations.
• Resolve issues involving inventory surplus, backorders, outstanding invoices, and pricing rules in collaboration with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain reporting requirements with Sales, IS, Finance, supply chain, and materials services teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales analysis and support experience, or a high school diploma and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, and exceptions and drive improved results.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships across an organization, business community, and vendor network.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, charts, sorting, formatting, and print scaling.
• Willingness to travel for training, account meetings, development, and other business needs.

Nice to have

• Analytics experience in the healthcare industry.
• Inventory or supply chain analytics experience.
• Experience providing training and developing process documentation or user manuals.
