- Review and organize incoming client tax documents.
- Assist with tax information intake, routing, scanning, and processing.
- Track client documents and keep records current.
- Assemble client tax returns according to established procedures.
- Support the team in meeting strict government deadlines.
- Complete e-filing, final delivery steps, and other operational support tasks.

- Working toward a bachelor's degree; Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
