Salary: $60,908.12–$76,140.43 per year

What you will do

  • Assist with the daily administrative and operational management of the clinical practice.
  • Supervise front desk receptionists, billers/coders, and medical assistants.
  • Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and billing processes.
  • Monitor regulatory and policy compliance and support quality assurance initiatives.
  • Handle patient complaints and coordinate effective resolutions.
  • Support financial management, expenditure monitoring, variance reporting, and operational reporting.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, three years of healthcare experience, and one year of progressive healthcare administration experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent, five years of healthcare experience, and three years of progressive healthcare administration experience.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within a clinical environment involving frequent standing, walking, and sitting.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • One year of supervisory experience managing staff, patient services, and office operations in healthcare.
