What you will do
- Lead and deliver water resources, hydrology, drainage, and surface water management projects.
- Prepare and review technical reports, management plans, impact assessments, regulatory submissions, environmental approvals documentation, and other project deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mining, infrastructure, and environmental projects.
- Mentor junior staff and support capability development and team growth.
- Contribute to proposals, bids, client engagement, and broader business development.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in hydrology, engineering, environmental science, water resources, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in hydrology, water resource management, or related fields.
- Experience with industry-standard modelling and GIS software, including TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, MUSIC, GoldSim, QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar tools.
- Proven project management and client relationship-building skills.
- Experience preparing high-quality technical reports and proposals.
- Demonstrated interest in mentoring staff and contributing to team development.
