Valet Parking Manager - Residential Operations

Location: San Francisco, CA; onsite

Salary: $38.28–$47.00 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and support daily valet and parking-facility operations at a luxury residential tower.
• Supervise staff through delegation, coaching, performance monitoring, and standards compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of employees.
• Manage client and property-manager communication, meetings, requests, and escalated guest concerns.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, maintenance projects, ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits.
• Respond to accidents, incidents, and safety concerns while providing frontline coverage when needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with previous supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in account management and revenue collection.
• Must pass a background check in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide employment-eligibility documentation; participation in E-Verify is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the parking industry.
• Experience in luxury hotels or hotel residences.
