Salary: $18 per hour; paid internship lasting 8.5 weeks, from September 23, 2026, through November 20, 2026, for up to 25 hours per week.

What you will do
- Set up, track, report on, and analyze social media campaigns for the Sonic Automotive Social Media team.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and develop engaging social media content.
- Conduct competitive research and identify relevant social trends and opportunities.
- Assist with content calendars and monitor customer feedback.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports for the team.
Requirements
- Relevant work or life experience, current enrollment as a senior in a bachelor's program, or recent graduation in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field; a degree is not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for social media and pop culture.
- Expertise with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience with Google Docs, Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a flexible, dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
