What you will do
- Maintain and support software applications and resolve basic application issues and bugs.
- Develop program logic for new applications and analyze or modify existing application logic.
- Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications.
- Maintain, test, and integrate application components and ensure successful implementation of system improvements.
- Translate business requirements into product designs and write technical specifications.
- Plan project assignments, suggest technical alternatives, and streamline systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
- 0+ years of experience in information technology, technical application development, or a similar area.
- Knowledge of end-to-end software development life cycles, including waterfall, iterative, and modern approaches.
- Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing problems and the ability to learn diverse technologies rapidly.
- Legal authorization to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
