Communications Director (Central Europe)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; scope includes Central Europe.

What you will do

• Design and execute holistic corporate communications strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Lead proactive crisis-prevention efforts and coordinate communication during issues.
• Advise senior business leaders and bring relevant external perspectives into the organization.
• Lead teams in executing communication plans and strategic projects.
• Contribute to company-wide communication strategies and identify new communication techniques.
• Collaborate across diverse teams and departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate communications, crisis management, or a similar role.
• Leadership experience managing teams and projects.
• Fluent English and Polish are required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make autonomous decisions.
