Focus on identifying and containing product issues, supporting corrective action plans, preparing test reports, and improving testing processes.
Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA; 2nd shift

What you will do
- Set up test equipment and products according to testing procedures.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, environmental, and electromechanical tests on prototypes, existing products, and competitor products.
- Use mechanical, electrical, and electronic measurement devices and accurately document test results.
- Assemble and fabricate test equipment and prototype products according to blueprints and bills of materials.
- Support manufacturing troubleshooting and maintain test-related database documentation.
- Prepare formal and informal test reports and support laboratory audit and 5S activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Ability to interpret and document scientific notation, temperature, pressure, and other measurements.
- Ability to stand and walk regularly and occasionally lift 25–50 pounds.
- Ability to perform frequent computer-based work requiring close vision and focus adjustment.
