Global Capital Markets Unit Manager - Open to Baltimore and Wilmington

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States, with the position also open to Wilmington

Salary: $128,100–$213,500 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Manage complex client relationships, conduct client visits, and identify opportunities for referrals and new business.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Relationship Managers and other assigned staff.
• Drive process improvements that enhance service, processing, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain administrative, operational, risk management, and internal control support for the unit.
• Contribute to revenue-generating activities and strategic planning.
• Represent the unit or division on enterprise-wide projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience including 5 years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, problem resolution, resource management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage staff development, performance, delegation, and operational results.
• Ability to follow risk and regulatory standards and maintain effective internal controls.

Nice to have

• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist certification.
• Project management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and industry-specific software.
