TL;DR
Business Analyst, Hungary (Business Process Analysis): Gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, process documentation, and data-driven recommendations with an accent on stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and systems delivery. Focus on creating process flows and BRDs, analyzing O2C and P2P processes, supporting testing and implementation, and validating project deliverables against business objectives.
Location: Hybrid work from the Budapest, Hungary office

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Analyze business processes, including O2C and P2P, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create process flows, use cases, and business requirements documents.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops while collaborating with project managers, developers, and QA teams.
- Perform data analysis and support testing, validation, implementation, and monitoring of project deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
