Warehouse Technician

Location: On-site in Charlotte, North Carolina, 5 days per week. First shift, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays; overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts may be required.

Hourly base pay: $22.69–$27.19 USD. Incentive eligible; not eligible for sales commission.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for warehouse movement and interactions with customers and local transportation providers.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using forklifts and other power industrial vehicles.
• Maintain work equipment, office supplies, and warehouse supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience and experience operating power industrial vehicles such as forklifts.
• Commitment to safe work practices and use of appropriate safety resources.
• Strong planning, organizational, computer, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Reliable follow-through, attention to detail, communication skills, customer service skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
