Data Coordinator-Market Intelligence (Market Intelligence)

Location: Colombia Support Center; collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders and occasional early-morning or deadline-driven reporting cycles may be required.

What you will do

• Maintain recurring period reports by refreshing data and flagging notable changes.
• Track products, promotions, competitor activity, industry news, source feeds, earnings releases, filings, and relevant KPIs.
• Update dashboards, trackers, charts, competitive landscape grids, fact packs, SWOT inputs, and comparative analysis files.
• Refresh ad spend and share-of-voice reporting inputs by brand, category, product, media channel, and priority market where available.
• Support case studies and earnings workflows by organizing metrics, consensus estimates, reported KPIs, call takeaways, and filing information.
• Document, tag, validate, and organize source data for weekly and monthly market intelligence synthesis.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, analytics, reporting, data operations, research support, or a related execution-focused role.
• Strong attention to detail when updating recurring reports, trackers, charts, and source documentation under tight deadlines.
• Comfort working with structured data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and standardized templates.
• Ability to follow established processes, manage recurring deadlines, escalate data questions, and identify unusual findings.
• Ability to monitor competitors, products, promotions, news, earnings releases, filings, and industry data sources consistently and accurately.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with clear written communication and organized documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with syndicated data tools, media tracking tools, market share sources, or research platforms.
• Experience maintaining trackers, refreshing recurring reports, validating data, documenting sources, or supporting repeatable business intelligence processes.
