What you will do
- Lead organization design and operating model initiatives aligned with business strategy, structure, and talent.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to improve accountability, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.
- Design future-state organizational structures, governance models, roles, workflows, and workforce strategies.
- Analyze workforce, organizational, and talent data to provide actionable business insights.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives across functions, business units, and geographies.
- Build tools, frameworks, dashboards, and practical resources for organization and talent decisions.
Requirements
- Experience leading organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, operating model, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed, rapidly growing, or highly complex organization.
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical organization design solutions.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate complex organizational discussions.
- Strong analytical, consulting, project management, and change leadership capabilities.
- Interest in the impact of AI and automation on work, roles, teams, and capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in organization design, workforce planning, management consulting, business transformation, HR Business Partner leadership, operating model design, or global organization development.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or operations experience.
- Workday experience.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled workforce technologies, organizational analytics, or talent tools.
