Senior Associate, Quantitative Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Up to 18 remote workdays per quarter are available with manager approval.

Base salary: $120,000–$135,000 per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term rewards.

What you will do

• Lead the customer-centric development of quantitative digital products for private market investors.
• Partner with Quantitative Investment Science teams, design, engineering, internal users, and customers to execute the product vision.
• Define, document, and communicate feature requirements and support implementation throughout development.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and issue resolution before product launches.
• Gather customer insights, validate product assumptions, and translate needs into product capabilities.
• Own product performance and prioritize enhancements to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product leadership experience, preferably in investment or FinTech sectors.
• Experience launching digital product features from conception through market commercialization, particularly for financial products or institutional investors.
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, technical design, quantitative analysis, and data analytics.
• Understanding of investments and portfolio management concepts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, digital product management or development, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in private equity, alternative investments, or institutional investing.
• Familiarity with data science, quantitative modeling, or statistical techniques.
