Service Technician Apprentice (HVAC)

What you will do

• Assist experienced service technicians with the installation and repair of HVAC and environmental control systems.
• Service equipment at customer locations by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and planning repairs.
• Support on-site installations by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and coordinating work with field technicians, project managers, and customers.
• Use service software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure accountability for company assets.

Requirements

• No industry experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old on the start date.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations during the last three years.
• Strong desire to learn the HVAC trade.
• Technical school certificates or formal HVAC training are optional and may affect program proficiency assessment and starting compensation.
