What you will do

• Lead visual merchandising and commercial curation in the store according to H&M guidelines, campaigns, trends, and the commercial calendar.
• Set and follow up on visual and commercial goals with the Store Manager, Area Visual Manager, and store teams.
• Organize, plan, and prioritize the Visual Merchandiser team’s workload based on store activation plans and business needs.
• Execute windows, styling, product presentation, customer flow, price communication, navigation, lighting, and point-of-sale materials.
• Track sales reports and KPIs, identify visual and commercial opportunities, and implement actions to support customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, upskill, and develop Visual Merchandiser and store team members, including talent management and succession planning.

Requirements

• Experience working as an in-store Visual Merchandiser.
• Experience coaching teams, developing talent, and providing upskilling with strong leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of retail management, visual merchandising, commercial execution, operational routines, and related tools.
• Fashion interest, curiosity, creativity, trend awareness, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to manage and act on selling equations, weekly sales reports, and commercial opportunities.
• Availability to work at the Schaumburg, Illinois store location.
