Senior Producer (Advertising)

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States; the role may require overnight travel, long-distance driving, and occasional physical activity.

What you will do

• Lead productions from concept development through final delivery across video, digital, social, experiential, photography, and other formats.
• Manage multiple concurrent productions, protecting creative vision while delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Develop production estimates, budgets, schedules, and cost-saving solutions for projects ranging from digital content to large-scale productions.
• Build and maintain relationships with production partners, vendors, directors, editors, and freelance talent.
• Collaborate with Creative and Account teams, advise on feasibility and costs, and represent production in client meetings.
• Identify risks and coordinate with Business Affairs on contracts, licensing, talent, insurance, legal matters, vendor estimates, change orders, and billing.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of advertising production experience.
• Extensive experience producing traditional commercials, branded content, digital campaigns, activations, and integrated productions.
• Strong understanding of live action, photography, animation, VFX, post-production, audio, experiential, digital, and social content.
• Proven leadership of large, complex productions and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Expertise in budgeting, negotiations, scheduling, production operations, presentations, and communication.
• Understanding of both union and nonunion talent, along with production partners and vendor relationships.
