Digital & IT Leadership Development Program Associate - Predictive Data Science

Location: Medina, Minnesota, USA; rotation placements may also include Plymouth, Wyoming, and Roseau, Minnesota; Huntsville, Alabama; Wilmington, Ohio; and Vermillion, South Dakota. The program requires willingness to travel and relocate, reliable transportation, and daily transportation to the office.

Salary: $79,000–$88,500 per year in Minnesota.

What you will do

• Complete four six-month rotations across a two-year Digital & Information Technology Leadership Development Program.
• Analyze business, customer, product, and operational data to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy predictive models for forecasting, optimization, personalization, and operational decisions.
• Explore generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, deep learning, and other emerging technologies.
• Support scalable machine learning pipelines, model monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, product teams, business stakeholders, and technology leaders.

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization without future sponsorship requirements is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science or a related field, with graduation between August 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to start on January 11, 2027, or June 14, 2027.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Leadership experience and demonstrated strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.

Nice to have

• Internship, co-op, research, or project experience in data analytics, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or statistical modeling.
• Experience identifying trends, developing insights, or supporting data-driven recommendations.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics, data visualization, and machine learning concepts.
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and analytical techniques.
