Senior Content Strategist – Human Resources

What you will do

• Create and execute the HR content plan in alignment with business goals, people strategy, and team member needs.
• Partner with HR centers of expertise and enterprise communications to develop cohesive messaging for global HR initiatives.
• Manage content planning, communication calendars, governance, workflows, quality standards, and company portal content.
• Develop audience-focused messaging, presentations, storytelling frameworks, and campaigns for HR initiatives and events.
• Define audience segments and content needs across the employee journey while championing accessibility, inclusive language, and brand consistency.
• Use data and analytics to measure content performance, optimize communications, and guide content investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or English preferred.
• 10+ years of strategic planning and stakeholder management experience in a highly matrixed business.
• 10+ years of experience managing content strategy in employee or HR communications.
• 5+ years of cross-functional experience delivering employee, team leader, and executive communications across HR.
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines and initiatives.
• Technical writing experience preferred.
