What you will do
- Develop and execute the Dupixent brand strategy, brand plans, and marketing tactics.
- Create HCP marketing, disease education, and promotional initiatives across digital and non-digital channels.
- Drive omnichannel strategy and execution to strengthen customer engagement.
- Partner with Sales to translate brand strategy into field execution and plans of action.
- Coordinate promotional materials through Medical, Regulatory, and cross-functional review processes.
- Manage agencies, budgets, forecasting, business performance tracking, and collaboration with global and regional teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical Sales & Marketing, Product Management, or Brand Management experience.
- Strong experience in brand strategy, HCP marketing, commercial execution, omnichannel marketing, market research, and promotional development.
- Strong understanding of the Taiwan pharmaceutical and HCP environment.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and global stakeholders.
- Strong English and Chinese communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic, analytical, customer-centric, proactive, and results-oriented approach with strong project management and influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Specialty Care experience, particularly in Immunology, Dermatology, Allergy, or Respiratory.
- Experience with new product or indication launches.
- Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
