Focus on identifying reimbursement opportunities, advising clients on operational decisions, and analyzing the financial impact of changing payor regulations and care models.
Location: Offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts; principally in-person with onsite work at healthcare client sites and approximately 25% local, national, and occasional international travel. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Salary: $6,417.00–$7,083.00 per month

What you will do
- Prepare, review, and analyze Medicare and Medicaid cost reports in line with federal and state regulations.
- Support strategic engagements for acute care hospitals, including large health systems and community hospitals.
- Analyze reimbursement data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Advise clients on strategic and operational decisions affected by reimbursement implications.
- Assist with financial analysis related to third-party payor regulations and new care models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis, including variance analysis and process improvement.
- Proficiency with financial accounting and reporting systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information and communicate effectively with client personnel.
- Updated immunizations are required for onsite work at healthcare client sites.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
