- Support multiple healthcare clients and work with different accounting software and charts of accounts.
- Process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transactions.
- Prepare financial statements during month-end processing.
- Coordinate and complete bank, credit card, prepaid, accounts receivable, fixed asset, accounts payable, and accrual reconciliations.
- Complete complex reconciliations established and supported by senior accounting personnel.
- Prepare sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other client-requested filings.

- Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combinations of related experience, education, and training may be accepted.
- Accounting and financial experience preferred.
