Product Consultant - RJ Bank Operations

What you will do

• Work with internal customers and stakeholders to understand, map, and analyze banking operations processes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, benchmark best practices, and recommend process improvements.
• Gather, refine, document, and communicate business and technical requirements.
• Analyze issues and proposed solutions, including their potential business and financial impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation of business system modules, models, and enhancements.
• Facilitate user testing and support special projects and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Knowledge of banking, finance, and securities industry operations.
• Understanding of the Core Private Client Banking servicing platform and complementary systems.
• Ability to analyze complex operational and business problems, document requirements, and develop solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• This role is not eligible for immigration work visa sponsorship, currently or in the future.
