Service Technician - U Club Townhomes at Overton Park (Facilities Maintenance)

What you will do

• Complete work orders promptly, document closures, and use system tools for tracking.
• Support property turns, preventive maintenance, inspections, and overall property operations.
• Safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment according to safety standards.
• Coordinate with and escort vendors supporting landscaping, snow removal, and other services.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance shops, storage areas, back-of-house spaces, and property curb appeal.
• Participate in after-hours on-call coverage and respond to inclement weather situations when required.

Requirements

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related field.
• Ability to complete varied maintenance tasks independently while following established processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for an after-hours on-call rotation and inclement weather response.
