Salary: $31.84–$53.04 per hour

What you will do

• Provide system support and guidance to financial advisors on model management, rebalancing functionality, and block trading tools.
• Maintain knowledge of equity, option, ETF, and mutual fund products, markets, trade execution, and market impact.
• Educate and consult advisors on trading-system capabilities and rebalancing methodologies.
• Handle approximately 20–35 inbound calls per day while delivering high-quality client support.
• Support equity and mutual fund trading during volume contingencies and collaborate with technology and agile project teams.
• Demonstrate enhanced trading capabilities and support advisor training, onboarding, workshops, and virtual demonstrations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of financial services experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, equities, options, and trading regulations.
• Strong customer service, collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Series 7 license.
• Experience with Jira, QA/UAT testing, agile project management, public speaking, coaching, or talent development.
• Experience with trading, rebalancing, model management, CRM, or financial services platforms, including Beta, Thomson ONE, Microsoft Dynamics, ClientWorks, CWR, or ModelHub.
