What you will do

• Support one or more shows, events, or costumed character productions while maintaining artistic and operational integrity.
• Supervise assigned operations teams, including casts and crews, and oversee team performance and development.
• Manage team schedules and timecards using Scheduler and KRONOS.
• Run rehearsals, training, operational processes, production books, and start-up meetings.
• Coordinate rehearsal, installation, and strike plans with Entertainment Theming, Operations, Production, and Theatrical Services.
• Support venue operations, show quality assurance, and departmental safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory stage management skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, positive, and team-oriented approach.
• Associate degree or BA in Theatre Management, Theatre Arts, Event Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two years of professional supervisory stage management experience preferred.
• Two years of professional entertainment or theme park experience preferred.
