What you will do

• Lead the enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning agenda across functions and align leaders on a five-year workforce vision.
• Build headcount and skills demand models, quantify internal and external talent supply, and identify capability gaps and supply constraints.
• Monitor competitor talent strategies and emerging operating models across oil and gas, national oil companies, and energy technology.
• Facilitate build, buy, borrow, and automate action plans with clear owners, milestones, and value cases.
• Integrate Workday job architecture and skills taxonomies into workforce planning, reporting, and career pathways.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, governance, and executive decision materials using Adaptive Planning and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in workforce planning, scenario modeling, skills-based talent strategy, and long-range workforce planning.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to connect business strategy with talent implications and communicate complex analysis clearly to senior leaders.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in oil and gas across HR Strategy, Organizational or Talent Management, or Management Consulting.
• Master’s degree or certification in Business, HR, Analytics, Engineering, Workforce Planning, or a related field.
• Fluency with Workday, Excel, Power BI, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with AI and automation impacts on work design.
