What you will do
- Manage multi-initiative transformation portfolios across business clusters and global change initiatives.
- Implement OKRs, connect objectives to measurable outcomes, and track quarterly performance.
- Deliver measurable business value through growth, savings, competitive advantage, and sustained value capture.
- Coordinate cross-functional squads and collaboration between Centers of Excellence, Business Units, franchise teams, and PMO operations.
- Co-create transformation roadmaps with senior leadership and support governance and strategic planning.
- Design change management strategies, monitor transformation metrics, and use AI-powered analytics to guide decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business transformation, strategic consulting, or senior project management.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business impact and implementing OKRs.
- Strong background in change management, organizational development, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Double Diamond, OKRs, Lean, and Agile at scale; proficiency with AI-powered analytics and data visualization.
- Portuguese at a fluent level and advanced English required; strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Jira, Miro, and portfolio management tools.
Nice to have
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
- MBA or another advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Intermediate Spanish.
