Senior Analyst, eCommerce Business Analytics

Location: Virtual, USA

Base salary: $89,800–$112,200 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze overall business health and identify performance correlations and trends.
• Develop and communicate diagnostics that support business health initiatives and planning.
• Improve manual reporting and monitoring processes to drive market performance.
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects across eCommerce analytics.
• Create documentation and training materials so stakeholders can understand and replicate analytical processes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineers, and organizational leaders on process improvements, system modifications, and data governance policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, strategy, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to create complex reports using multiple datasets.
• Strong communication, project management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects end to end, and communicate data-driven insights effectively.
• Strategic thinking and comfort working with unstructured data.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, R, or Python is preferred.
