HVAC End of Line Tester (Crew 1 and Crew 3)

What you will do

• Test HVAC units from production lines against engineering specifications and work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair defects to complete run testing.
• Operate recovery and reclaim equipment and charge units with refrigerant.
• Check units for leaks and repair them using brazing equipment.
• Coordinate co-workers and activities across departments to meet production standards and schedules.
• Train new employees and support parts availability and timely production.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical training.
• 0–5 years of industry or equivalent experience.
• 608 Universal EPA Refrigerant license.
• Ability to perform wiring, brazing, and assembly as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, stoop, and work in manufacturing conditions with heat, cold, dust, and some chemical fumes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
