2027 Early Careers: Analyst, Finance (United States)

Location: New York, NY, United States; in-person role requiring office attendance at least four days per week.

Salary: $62,550–$83,400 base pay range.

What you will do

• Complete four six-month rotations across Finance teams during a two-year early-career program.
• Support financial reporting, business performance analytics, planning, forecasting, and operating budget development.
• Contribute to accounting, controllership, tax, compliance, internal audit, investment, and treasury activities.
• Improve financial management systems and participate in process improvement, cost savings, and finance projects.
• Develop reports on capital, cash flow, funding, and liquidity, and review business metrics and competitive intelligence.
• Build professional knowledge through technical training, mentoring, networking, and exposure to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting to be received no later than June 2027.
• Availability to start the program on July 26, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Previous work experience, relevant coursework, internship, or experience in a Finance function.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and interest in using financial data to support business decisions.
• Academic achievement and participation in extracurricular, leadership, or professional activities.
• Interest in corporate finance, rotational programs, and the insurance industry.
• Intellectual curiosity, collaboration, strong interpersonal skills, and a self-starter mindset.
