OM Project Manager II (Order Management)

Location: Onsite work in a general office and manufacturing facility environment, including computer use, standing, stooping, and lifting.

Salary: $72,980–$97,193 annually, plus eligibility for quarterly incentive pay.

What you will do

• Manage assigned customer orders and complex projects from order receipt through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, contingency plans, and risk mitigation actions.
• Track cross-functional responsibilities, identify at-risk tasks, and resolve or escalate issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments on technical, scheduling, invoicing, payment, and performance-bond matters.
• Review approval drawings, manage design changes, and deliver submittal documentation on schedule.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with onboarding Project Manager I team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management and customer service experience, including customer support, business sales, business development, project management, or account management.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to resolve issues independently while managing multiple projects.
• Current or planned PMP certification through PMI.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with JD Edwards.
• 5+ years in an operational role within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in the power industry.
