Salary: $25.00 per hour, plus PTO and 401(k)

What you will do
- Handle inbound calls from small business owners seeking commercial insurance.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable property and casualty insurance products and coverage options.
- Generate quotes and guide customers through policy purchase decisions.
- Meet sales, conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction and policy records.
- Collaborate with underwriting and support teams while following regulatory and company requirements.
Requirements
- Completed high school or equivalent.
- Active property and casualty insurance license required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the US.
