Location: 1523 Westpark Drive, Bowling Green, Kentucky, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm; weekends closed.
Salary: USD 60,000–85,000 annually. Highly qualified candidates may receive a $65,000 base plus approximately 20–25% individual and team performance bonuses.

What you will do
- Welcome guests and build trusted relationships throughout the vehicle repair process.
- Record vehicle concerns, edit digital vehicle inspections, and keep guests informed about repair status.
- Create accurate repair estimates using Tekmetric, Alldata, RepairLink, and other automotive applications.
- Present clear repair solutions and sell services honestly and with integrity.
- Coordinate with technicians and other employees to ensure repairs meet proper specifications.
- Shuttle guests as needed in a branded company vehicle and maintain a clean, professional workstation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a service advisor or service writer.
- Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier.
- High proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
- Dependability and reliability for the scheduled Monday–Friday workday.
- Ability to stand and walk during part of the workday, occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds, and maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
