Salary: $65,000–$95,000 annual
Company
works with a Platinum-level outdoor construction contractor, leading decking manufacturers, premium decking materials, and a high-end louvered roof system in North Metro Atlanta.
What you will do
- Refine client designs for decks, porches, pergolas, hardscapes, and outdoor living spaces after signed design agreements.
- Produce 3D renderings and technical drawings.
- Build project estimates using JobTread and established pricing systems.
- Co-present designs with the Project Developer and handle technical questions.
- Coordinate with the build team to ensure designs are fully buildable.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and estimating decks, porches, or outdoor living projects.
- Working knowledge of modern decking materials and outdoor construction.
- Proficiency with SketchUp, Chief Architect, DeckFoundry, Realtime Landscape Architect, or similar design software.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work within established systems, processes, and pricing structures.
