What you will do
- Contribute to front-end architecture and technical direction across large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications with React and modern front-end technologies.
- Serve as a technical reference for React and front-end practices, promoting clean code and consistent engineering standards.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor colleagues, support less experienced team members, and contribute to engineering decisions and technical discussions.
- Identify technical risks, deliver project milestones, and contribute to CI/CD, testing, and development practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional front-end development experience with strong hands-on React expertise.
- Strong command of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Understanding of front-end architecture, state management, component design, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, testing, modern front-end build tools, and Agile development environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
