What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable application components aligned with architectural standards.
• Develop REST API integrations with internal, external, Microsoft, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party systems.
• Work with SQL databases and data models to support application functionality and reporting.
• Enhance application performance, resolve production defects, participate in code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams through Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of software development experience, including hands-on experience building and deploying OutSystems applications.
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, application lifecycle management, and web application architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, API connectors, SQL, relational databases, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• OutSystems Developer Certification.
• Experience in insurance, risk management, brokerage, or financial services.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based application development.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated deployments.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
