Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Healthcare)

Location: Oak Lawn, Illinois, United States; onsite. Schedule: 32 hours per week.

Salary: $92,000–$128,000 per year for a 32-hour-per-week schedule.

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the applicable license.
• Deliver prevention, wellness care, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Work autonomously while building trusted, lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Participate in provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification for Nurse Practitioners, or current NCCPA board certification for Physician Associates.
• CPR/BLS certification required at the start date.
• Independent practice provider status strongly preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience in routine wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits preferred.
