Regional A/R Manager

Location: Hybrid position supporting sales centers in Ohio and West Virginia, with travel to several regional sales centers and bank locations.

Salary: $56,500–$62,500 annual compensation for a full-time schedule. The position may also be eligible for relocation or cost-of-living adjustments.

What you will do

• Supervise accounts receivable collections for multiple sales centers within the region.
• Analyze aging reports and customer accounts to determine collection actions and follow-up.
• Review accounts receivable weekly with the Division Credit Manager and communicate account status to sales center, regional, and general managers.
• Record customer contacts, payment commitments, payment plans, payments, and other account activity in credit notes.
• Negotiate payment schedules and adjustments within division guidelines and complete lien releases, stop notices, bond claims, and mechanic liens.
• Process credit applications and daily A/R payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting, business, or a related discipline and two years of accounts receivable and credit and collections experience.
• Knowledge of collection laws and cash reconciliation.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform business calculations involving percentages, ratios, discounts, and interest.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written, oral, or diagram-based instructions.
• Ability to travel to regional sales centers and drive to bank locations.
