Repeat Planner (PCB)

Location: San Jose, California, United States. Onsite, second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. PST. Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.

Salary: $49,928–$78,919 per year. An annual or quarterly bonus may apply, and alternative shifts may be eligible for a shift premium.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate repeat PCB manufacturing orders using existing manufacturing data and tooling.
• Schedule jobs according to customer due dates, production capacity, material availability, and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, CAM, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Shipping to complete orders on time.
• Verify repeat orders against previous manufacturing requirements and identify revisions or engineering changes.
• Release manufacturing travelers and production documentation to the shop floor.
• Maintain ERP/MRP planning data and support initiatives that reduce lead times and improve delivery performance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of planning or manufacturing process experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PCB materials and PCB manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to interpret industry and customer specifications and blueprints preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with varied groups, meet deadlines, and operate in an open office environment with noise and interruptions.
• Must comply with applicable US export-control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC procedures.
