AI Change Manager

Location: Candidate must be located in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Visa sponsorship and transfer of employment visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise AI adoption strategies segmented by persona and function.
• Establish adoption baselines and track engagement, utilization, behavioral change, readiness risks, and barriers.
• Design and coordinate AI training programs, from foundational literacy to role-specific tracks.
• Lead employee communications, rollout messaging, adoption campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
• Own and refresh the internal AI Hub with FAQs, how-to guides, use cases, and agent enablement resources.
• Assess workforce readiness and partner with HR, communications, IT, business functions, and regional teams.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in change management, organizational change, employee communications, or learning and development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience driving behavioral change and influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot, with the ability to translate capabilities into practical user guidance.
• Strong written communication skills and experience creating content for diverse employee audiences.
• Experience coordinating across HR, communications, IT, and business stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
