TL;DR
Senior Manager DSD Excellence (Sales Operations): Leading Direct Store Delivery excellence across sales operations, learning programs, business-unit expansion, and sales-center execution with an accent on continuous improvement, leadership development, safety, and food quality. Focus on developing operational standards, coaching sales leaders, improving order management and performance metrics, and traveling extensively to support execution.
Location: Dallas, TX, USA; travel required 85%
Salary: $105,100–$147,100 annually

What you will do
- Lead the DSD Excellence team’s engagement, skill development, sales operations, and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with DSDE Directors and business-unit leaders to identify operational improvement opportunities and develop solutions, learning labs, pilots, and expansions.
- Develop processes, onboarding programs, coaching, and training for sales leaders and frontline teams.
- Lead sales-center performance across revenue, volume, inventory, labor, productivity, quality, and controllable expenses.
- Improve order management, sales execution, bakery outlet operations, safety programs, and food-safety compliance.
- Evaluate execution obstacles, manage special projects, and support strategic plans for sales growth and freshness improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience may be substituted.
- 7–10 years of related operations or sales experience, including required Direct Store Delivery experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading and influencing others, with strong operational acumen and a process-driven mindset.
- Strategic leadership, facilitation, presentation, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Project management, organizational, planning, computer, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
- Knowledge of Independent Business Partner contracts and sales processes; proficiency in BBU systems such as BUSS, PROMPT, ION, MicroStrategy, and Margin Miner is preferred.

- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
- Experience with BBU systems including BUSS, PROMPT, ION, MicroStrategy, and Margin Miner.
