Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Set up, operate, inspect, repair, replace, and clean facility machinery and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular facility inspections.
• Operate die-cutting and strip-cutting machinery according to customer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, design schematics, and specified dimensions.
• Receive, store, inspect, assemble, rework, palletize, and prepare components and finished products for shipment.
• Maintain the facility and grounds and operate hand trucks, power trucks, and tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Manual dexterity, ability to work with small parts, and good physical condition.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, crawling, repetitive motions, and work in varied environmental conditions.
• Ability to read and write complex documents in English; strong reading, math, reasoning, and decision-making skills.
• Valid compliant driver’s license; successful completion of required training, including forklift and tow-motor certification, and background screening.
