What you will do

• Develop sales opportunities from new leads and assigned customer bases.
• Grow and penetrate the customer base in Japan while meeting and exceeding monthly GP and revenue targets.
• Hire and manage the sales team.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve customer issues and requests.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role.
• Experience in the electronic components industry is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven success in a sales environment and strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
